- Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- All sauna suits must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, certain items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sauna suits that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Downloadable software products.
- Items sold as part of a clearance or final sale.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your return.
- Upon inspection, if your return meets our criteria, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
If your return is rejected, we will notify you with an explanation.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank for further clarification.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

- Provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect or damage.
- Once approved, we will arrange for the replacement of the same item.
Shipping for Returns
- As we do not have a physical address for returns, you are responsible for return shipping. Please contact premierbodysaunasuits@gmail.com for detailed instructions on processing your return.
- Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your return. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift during purchase, a refund will be issued as store credit once the return is approved.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to you by the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
